Income Tax Refund cannot be adjusted against Tax Dues: HC
The High Court has ruled that entire refund cannot be adjusted against tax dues.
Only to the extent of limits specified by CBDT can adjustment be made.
Excess if any adjusted must be returned to Assessee with interest.
