It is learnt that Hon’ble Law Minister during ITAT members conference, in response to comments of by several speakers regarding Face less appeal at ITAT observed that what he understood that Face Less  means only E filing, electronic records , documentations and not doing away with “hearings in the Trib” .

Functioning of that should be decided by Trib. He has open heartedly expressed that he is happy to discuss all issues regarding this.
