The Highlights of the Women Entrepreneurs Policy – 2017 are as follows:
1.Capital Grant |
For the women entrepreneurs belonging to Taluka Category A & B the Capital Grant is of 15% of total capital investment subject to maximum of 20 lacs. This was pay in 5 equal instalments in 5 years. |
2.Power Bill Grant |
Enterprise receiving grant under this head from Central or State govt. is also eligible subject to total grant value does jnot extend beyond 50% mark Micro, Small and Medium enterprises in Vidarbha Region are eligible for power grant of Rs. 2 per unit |
3.Interest Rate Grant |
Interest rate grant is applicable on the actual interest pay or 5% of total interest pay whichever is less. This is applicable on any term loan take from Bank or Financial Institution. |
4. Labour Welfare Assistance |
Under this 50% of Employer Contribution towards PF/State Labour Welfare fund is payable for 5 years. |
5. Brand Awareness |
Entrepreneurs will be encouraged to promote their products, for this 50% of the expenses amount max upto 1 Cr grant will be given by state government. |
6. Grant for Participation in Exhibitions |
For participation in Domestic Exhibitions Rs. 50,000/- or 75% of cost of stall will have to pay. For International Exhibitions Rs. 3 lacs. or Women Centric exhibitions Min. 50% of stall value or upto Rs. 10 lacs Max will be paid. |
7. Additional Carpet Area |
15% additional carpet area at 25% lesser cost of space at Mall/ Industrial Zone/ Market Place. This will be in the complete discretion of Town Planning and Industries Dept. |
8. Incubation Centres |
30% reservation for Women Entrepreneurs to promote their enterprise at all the incubation centres. |
9. Group Development Centres |
Under MSI-CDP approved projects of women entrepreneurs govt. will help to open |
10. group development centres. |
For each group 90% grant will be give to develop such centres The Projects which are sanction under Central and State Govt. Group Development scheme and where 50% are women members such projects will be given 100% |
