SELECT COMMITTEE SELECT COMMITTEE ON THE INCOME INCOME-TAX BILL, 2025 has submitted its recommendations to Finance Ministry
The demand of CMA and CS to consider them as accountants under Income tax is rejected by them.
Hence only Chartered Accountants will continue to do all types of audits under the new Income tax act
