Corrigendum to correct 50 error in Income Tax Bill – 2025 issued

 

Within 2 days of its release, the corrigendum is issued to correct 50 errors in the proposed ITB – 2025.

Though the corrigendum is aimed to rectify the minor typo or grammatical error, the fact remains that the corrigendum is issued within 2 days of its release.

Hope the Bill after its enactment remains free from interpretational amendment and changes. Hope the discussion & deliberation to be taken by CBDT makes it more full proof and free from disputes and litigation due to its poor drafting and interpretation.
