Penalty of Rs. 4 Lakh imposed by ROC, Jaipu merely because the date of the board meeting was wrongly mentioned in the board report
The ROC, Jaipur has imposed a penalty of ₹4 lakh on the company and its director merely because the date of the board meeting was wrongly mentioned in the board report.
IN THE MATTER OF KHIMSAR SOLAR POWER PRIVATE LIMITED, the company filed a Suo moto application for adjudication, stating that the first Board Meeting was convened on 10.08.2022 but was incorrectly mentioned as 30.04.2022 in the Board Report for the financial year 2022-23.
ROC imposed a penalty of ₹ 3 lakh on the company and ₹ 1 Lakh on its directors of the company.
