HC set aside order since assessee was unaware of notices which were uploaded in GST common portal
A lot of time GST Taxpayers face this problem where GST Notices are issued on Portal, specially the Small and Medium Enterprises and as such they are often unaware of pending proceedings and Since these notices are time barred, taxpayers often realise it later while filing the return for next month.
