CBDT notifies Rules & Forms for Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2024 (DTVSV, 2024).
The DTVSV, 2024 announced by the Hon’ble Finance Minister in her budget speech, shall come into force from 01.10.2024.
Rules and Forms for enabling the Scheme have been notified vide Notification No. 104/2024 in G.S.R 584(E) dated 20.09.2024.
There is provision of lesser settlement amount for ‘new appellants’ who file declaration on or before 31.12.2024.
An initiative of the Government to resolve pending appeals in the case of income tax disputes.
