GST Registration cancellation order set aside by Delhi HC
Calcutta High Court in the case of M/s. Sanjay Casting & Eng. Co. Vs. The Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, restrained the SGST audit wing of the SGST Authority to keep all proceedings in abeyance when parellel proceedings has been conducted by the anti-evasion wing of the CGST Department on the same issue.
