Transfer of Virtual Digital Assets to be governed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act of 2002
The Central Government has announced, via an Official Gazette Notification dated March 7, 2023, that the exchange and transfer of Virtual Digital Assets will be governed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act of 2002. (15 of 2003).
