Bombay HC directed GST Department to unblock the Input Tax Account of the Petitioner
Jai Matadi Enterprises W.P.No.10541 of 2022 dated 13/09/2022 (BHC)]. ITC of Rs.1,56,87,969 was blocked in case of 10 suppliers, by Invoking GST Rule 86A. Bombay HC vide interim order directed GST Department to unblock the Input Tax Account. Stand over to 11/10/2022. Order is attached.
