Fine of Rs. 17,000/- on the company and Directors for not furnishing CIN on letter head of the company
Recently, the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka has imposed a fine of Rs. 17,000/- on the company and Directors for not furnishing CIN on letter head of the company (the doc was submitted as an attachment of form INC 24). One has to be vigilant and cautious while making any submission to government authorities.
