The Cost Inflation Index (CII) for 22-23 has been notified. The CII is 331. The relevant notification is Notification No. 62 /2022/F. No. 370142/20/2022-TPL.
This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st day of April, 2023 and shall accordingly apply for AY 23-24 and subsequent years.
Cost Inflation Index for FY 2021-22 (AY 2022-23) was 317.
