New “Tax Credit Mismatch” feature introduced in the New Income Tax Portal  

 

The features in the new income tax portal is getting widened with each passing day.

Now a new feature “Tax Credit Mismatch”

is added in the new portal.

Mismatch entries are shown based on claims made in ITR, and not based on entries in 26AS

Only entries matched or mismatched w.r.to entries shown in return will be populated

All entries in 26AS may not be appearing I it.
