Supreme Court extends time limits for filing appeals – Limitation period to commence from 01.03.2022 

As a consequence of the extension – 

1. Any appeal due between 15.03.20 to 28.02.22 can be filed within limitation period counted from 1.3.22

2. If limitation expired between above period then 90 days shall be available from 1.3.22 to file appeals
