Hello CS & CFO! NCLT has ordered freezing of all assets of CS & CFO also

Note the following outcome of the recent case of Videocon: 

Apart from Promoter, the NCLT has ordered freezing of all assets of CFO & Company Secretary.

This is a  very important point to note by all the CS & CFO.

An eye-opener for CFOs and CSs who are working for the corporate.

The most painful part is that the key persons were working around a period of 5 to 7 years back when the company was flourishing.  The action is not barred by the Limitation Act.

The time is tough and challenging for the professionals.
