CBIC instructions for recovery of interest on Net/cash basis finally issued
Finally, Much awaited CBIC instructions to field formation for recovery of interest only on Net/cash basis only has been issued.
Instruction further says that if Show Cause Notice is already issued then such SCN to be kept in call book till alAct is amended rlRetrospectively
