Director of System (Income Tax) has issued an advisory to complete all assessment proceeding by 15th December as the load over server in the last hour so cause interruptions.

Surprisingly , statistics for for all India in respect of 143(3) assessment proceeding  for A.Y.  2017- 18 shows a shocking pendency. Out of was 3.19 lakh cases, around 82% pending as on 06/11/2019.

The next 45 days are going to be power packed schedule for the Income Tax Department with high additions and penalty for each non compliances.

Taxpayer must ensure immediate compliance to avoid unwanted penalties and taxation.
