Time limit extended for Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty under Maharashtra VAT
State Government has Notified by Act no. XV of 2019, dated 09.07.2019 by which date of 1st phase of scheme has been extended to 31st July 2019 from 30th June 2019 and 2nd Phase to 31st August 2019 from 31st July 2019.
Further Assessment Order, Returns & Revised returns passed on or before 16th Aug, 2019 shall also be eligible for the Amnesty Scheme.
