No VAT audit under WB VAT Avt, only submit audited accounts

Rule 44 of WBVAT has been amended by Notification no. 857 F.T. dated 26/05/2017 – Now, no Vat Audit required for the 3 months ended 30 /06/2017 Only requirement lies that if the dealer is audited under any other law e.g. Tax Audit under the provisions of the Income tax Act, 1961, then copy of that report along with audited Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet to be submitted on or before 31/12/2018.
