The notices are not convincing at all as they are under the old provisions of section 148 which has been substituted w.e.f. 01 04 2021. Bombay High Court has already started granting stay on further proceedings in such cases. One should move fast so as get the stay before expiry of 30 days from the date of notice.
This message is circulating in what’s app … what it wants to convey … should we approach Bombay high court for stay of 148 notices … for cases in Maharashtra???
