In Retro Bowl, the player serves as both the general manager and the controller of the group’s violation. The game also includes aspects of running an American football team, like trading and cutting players, approving free agents, keeping players happy, and much more. All of the groupings are based on real NFL teams, however Retro Bowl creates a jersey that is similar to the team and uses the city’s name instead of the team’s name to avoid copyright issues because only EA has the NFL license for the teams and gamers.
