    Job Summary
    Accounting

    ·         To act as consultant to startup companies in financial, tax and compliance matters

    ·         Timely accounting and reporting to the finance director

    ·         Collection of accounting inputs at the end of every month

    ·         Monthly closing and finalisation of accounts

    ·         Preparation of payroll and sharing payslips to the employees

    Compliance

    ·         Collecting inputs for PF, PT, ESI after payroll preparation

    ·         Collecting monthly purchase and sales details for filing GST

    ·         Collecting inputs for payments made after deducting TDS and ensuring timely payment to Govt

    ·         Ensuring timely payment of all statutory dues **such as PF, PT, ESI, TDS and GST

    ·         Filing of GST returns 3B, GSTR -1, GSTR-2 and GSTR-3

    ·         Filing quarterly TDS return

    ·         Filing monthly and annual PT return

    ·         Filing monthly ESI Return

    Taxation

    ·         Preparing basic data for GST filing

    ·         Filing GST returns

    ·         Filing TDS return quarterly

    ·         Issuing Form 16 & 16A

    ·         Filing Company Income Tax return after finalisation and audit

    ROC

    ·         Preparing forms for DIN application

    ·         Preparation of Incorporation documents

    ·         Preparation of Spice Forms including MOA & AOA

    ·         Post incorporation secretarial documents such as minutes of meeting, appointment of auditors etc.

    ·         Issue of share certificates

    ·         Preparation of supporting documents for Annual Accounts and annual return filing such as minutes of board meeting, general meeting, MGT-9 , directors report, auditors report etc

    ·         Filing AOC -4, MGT-7, GNL-2, ADT-1, MBP- 1, Form DIR – 8 etc.

    FEMA & RBI

    ·         Preparation and filing of FIRC

    ·         Preparation of supporting documents for FCGPR such as minutes of meeting, PAS-3, PAS -4, share certificates and filing FCGPR

    ·         Obtaining approval from RBI for non-automatic route transactions

    ·         Other adhoc requirements

    Registration Services

    ·         Registration of legal entity (Proprietor, Partnership, LLP, OPC, Pvt Ltd, Public Ltd, Trust, Society, Section 8 company)

    ·         Trade License

    ·         Shop & Establishment registration (Labour)

    ·         Professional Tax

    ·         GST

    ·         ESI & PF

    ·         Trade Mark, Patent & Copy right

    ·         SME registration

    ·         Food License

    ·         Other license based on the industry

    Responsibilities and Duties
    SERVICE DELIVERY OBJECTIVES

    ·         Ensure 100% timelines are met

    ·         100% reporting without SLA misses

    ·         No repeat errors and to be at the bare minimum level

    ·         Nil customer complaints

    ·         Positive feedback from customers

    ·         Adhere to training and performance of re-aligned activities as assigned to you by the agreed target dates

    ·         To become the SME of the processes handled by the individual. Adequate Knowledge to train / coach, new / existing Team members in the process

    ·         Agree learning & development plan and follow through the training plan as agreed

    ·         To make at least one Team presentation per Quarter on any topic.

    ·         Compliance of Group policy and utilisation of leave according to agreed plan.

    ·         Active participation in providing inputs for the company’s future plan. Be a change agent in making Finmatrix a better place to work.

    ·         To volunteer in the CSR initiatives of Finmatrix and render service either individually / collectively as a team

    ·         Process improvement initiatives leading to at least 15 hours of Time saves

    ·         To train / Get trained on the designated activities within the stipulated Target date

    ·         To perform on the trained activity in a live environment

    ·         Ensure preparation and updation of process documents and DOI

    ·         To update the task management system (Time Sheet) on a daily basis

    ·         Provide timely inputs on process creeps / adhocs

    CA/CA Inter/IPCC, Completion of Articleship, Bcom
