Application for grant of certificate for determination of appropriate proportion of sum (other than Salary), payable to non-resident, chargeable in case of the recipients
Income-tax (5th Amendment) Rules,2021 notified on 16th March 2021 which shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2021 to provide insertion to Rule 29BA dealing with “Application for grant of certificate for determination of appropriate proportion of sum (other than Salary), payable to non-resident, chargeable in case of the recipients”.
