MP RERA vide its order dated 24.07.2018 has clarified that, since several delays have been taking place in quarterly submission of CA and Engineer certificates and reports, late fee will be levied in case of delay in presentment of quarterly certificates and reports from the scheduled date.

 Generally the scheduled date is 15th of the month following the quarter ended. but is 31st October 2018 for the quarter ending September 2018.

The late fees decided is mentioned as under:

a) Delay Upto 30 days  : Rs. 2,000/-

b) Delay 31 to 60 days : Rs. 5,000/-

c) Delay 61 to 90 days : Rs. 10,000/-

d) Delay more than 90 days : Penalty as per the act.

Kindly ensure to furnish the quarterly Certificates and details by 31.10

2018 to avoid penalties.
