Date for filing DIR 3 KYC form will be extended further?

Honorable Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, Honorable Minister of Road, Shipping and Surface Transport ( GOI) Nitin Gadkari and Honorable Finance Minister (GOI) Arun Jaitley also failed to ensure compliance.

 

MCA has extended due date of filing DIR 3 KYC to 15^th  September 2018 by notification dated 21^st  August, 2018 . The late fees of Rs. 5,000/- shall be applicable & payable on all delayed filings w.e.f 16^th September 2018.

Despite of date extension to 15^th September 2018, 21 lakhs directors failed to file form DIR 3 KYC.

Honorable Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, Honorable Minister of Road, Shipping and Surface Transport ( GOI) Nitin Gadkari and Honorable Finance Minister (GOI) Arun Jaitley are also failed to ensure compliance of filing of mandatory KYC document with form DIR 3 within stipulated time period.

The question arises is why? Why the form DIR 3 KYC has not been filed on time?

Who is responsible Government or the people who have not filed the form DIR 3 KYC?

One of the reason for not filing DIR 3 KYC before stipulated period can be site not working properly on last date i.e.15^th September 2018.

Than question arises here is why to wait for last minute filing?

The debate can continues on and on and reasons can be many for not filing DIR 3 KYC before stipulated period. The blame game will keep on going.

Now the main question arises here is whether date will be extended further for filing form DIR 3 KYC?
